During our meeting we’re able to deliver actionable advice and make recommendations. This can be anything from flight decisions to restaurants, hotels, or hiking trails. We can even put your mind at ease with advice on things like hiking in bear country. A consultation can be done at anytime in your trip planning. Whether you’re just getting started with planning and need hotel recommendations or you arrive next week.

Follow the steps below to book your appointment. We recommend that you have an idea for flights, travel style, and time of year you’d like to visit. However, we can certainly help craft a trip for you around the best time of year for your travel plans. We are here to serve you!

Check out our calendar below and book a time slot that works for you. If none of the times work for you. Send us an email and we’ll find a way to get your scheduled.

Step 2

Before our meeting, think about any questions you have. Then, show up for the meeting. We look forward to chatting with you!

Step 3

Post meeting you will receive an overview and notes about the items we discussed. Afterward, we provide limited email support for follow up questions.

Outline Of Service

Trip consulations are 60 minutes in length. We may not be able to answer every question and will not be able to plan your whole trip. You can book additional follow up calls if needed.

We are not travel agents so you will need to book your trip. We will provide links & recommendations from the call, but you will make all travel arrangements. We’ll still be here in an advisory role.

Personalized follow up notes are delivered within two weeks. Most are delivered in less than one week.

All consultation services are non-refundable. You can reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance of the call, but cancelations for refunds are not permitted. No shows are charged the full price of the consultation.
