Let’s Get Started On Your Custom Itinerary

Follow the steps below to start planning your customized Canadian Rockies itinerary. Please keep in mind that we are not travel agents and will not book your travel for you. We recommend that you have an idea for flights, budget, and time of year you’d like to visit. However, we can certainly help craft a trip for your around the best time of year for your travel plans. We are here to serve you!

Step 1

Check out our calendar below and book a time slot that works for you. If none of the times work for you. Send us an email and we’ll find a way to get your scheduled.

Step 2

Before our meeting, think about any questions you have. Then, attend the meeting, and we’ll begin crafting your personalized itinerary.

Step 3

Within two weeks of the initial phone call you will receive a trip proposal. It will include specific information we discussed on the call.

Step 4

After approval of the proposal you will we will begin on the custom itinerary. We’ll advise you to book hotels, tours, and make reservations during this period.

Step 5

First draft delivery of the detailed itinerary, it will include an hour by hour breakdown. You will have the ability to request revisions before final approval.

Step 6

Once you’re happy we will deliver the itinerary and hop on a phone call to go over the itinerary. You can ask any remaining questions you may have.

Outline Of Service

After our first call, we will send you a proposal with the cost of our service fee. The deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to proceed with our services, it will be deducted from our fee.

Our itinerary service does not include any bookings or reservations made on your behalf. Our itinerary service costs $150 per day of trip planning. The minimum fee is $750 or a five day trip.

We are not travel agents so you will need to book your trip. We will provide links & recommendations from the call, but you will make all travel arrangements. We’ll still be here in an advisory role.

We will provide continual support throughout the process and during your trip. Please allow for a 1-3 three day response time to emails.

All consultation services are non-refundable. You can reschedule online up to 24 hours in advance of the call, but cancelations for refunds are not permitted. No shows are charged the full price of the consultation.
